Job Title: CRM Developer (Dynamics 365)
Location: Hybrid in Lisbon

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced CRM Developer with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing CRM solutions to drive business efficiency and customer engagement. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions while ensuring scalability, performance, and seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Development:
    • Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business requirements.
    • Develop plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and custom scripts to extend CRM functionality.
  • Integration and Maintenance:
    • Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and third-party applications.
    • Perform data migration using tools like KingswaySoft, SSIS, or Power Query.
    • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize CRM performance.
  • Collaboration and Analysis:
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and other developers to gather requirements and deliver tailored CRM solutions.
    • Analyze business processes and recommend CRM enhancements to improve efficiency.
  • Documentation and Support:
    • Create and maintain technical documentation for CRM customizations and workflows.
    • Provide post-implementation support and training to users.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development and customization.
  • Proven experience in implementing CRM solutions for various industries.
  • Technical Skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Dataverse.
  • Expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Experience with SQL Server and database management.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-910, MB-230).
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and version control systems like Azure DevOps or Git.
