Requirements
What qualifications and skills do you need to be successful in this role?

  • Fluency in French and proficiency in English
  • Proven experience in a team leader or similar supervisory role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Proficient in using office software and CRM systems
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Experience in customer service is a plus
