About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media Assistant to support the development and execution of Zumub's social media strategy. You will play a key role in creating content, managing online communities, and ensuring the brand's voice is consistent across all platforms.
Main Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies;
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram and Facebook;
Monitor trends, engagement, and user feedback;
Respond promptly and professionally to comments and messages;
Write post descriptions, stories, and creative briefs for content production;
Manage affiliate content and improve related processes.
Requirements:
Degree in Marketing, Media, or similar (preferred);
Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English (required);
Team-oriented, proactive, and responsible;
Strong organizational and time-management skills;
Proven knowledge of digital marketing (required);
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Swonkie, and Microsoft 365 (preferred);
Immediate availability.
