What You'll do:
- Lead and oversee OutSystems development teams, ensuring high-quality technical delivery;
- Define and implement technical architecture and best practices across projects;
- Act as the main technical point of contact for internal and external stakeholders;
- Mentor and guide developers, promoting skill growth and adherence to standards;
- Collaborate with Agile teams to ensure timely and value-driven delivery;
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and technical decision-making processes;
- Ensure the alignment between business goals and technical execution;
- Remote Work Model.
What You Are:
- 5+ years of experience as an OutSystems Tech Lead, managing development teams and complex projects;
- Strong understanding of OutSystems architecture, design patterns, and platform capabilities;
- Experience in Agile environments and collaborative delivery models;
- Preferably holds one or more OutSystems certifications, such as: Associate Reactive Developer; Professional Web Developer; Professional Architecture Specialist; Associate Tech Lead.
