Location: Lisbon

English Level: Advanced

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to support our Salesforce Health Cloud implementation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce integrations, and will be comfortable working in a collaborative, agile enterprise environment.

Location: Lisbon

English Level B2 minimun is needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience
    developing on the
    Salesforce platform.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is mandatory
    .
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II certification or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in:
    Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL
  • Experience with
    Salesforce integrations
    : REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft or similar)
  • Solid understanding of
    : Salesforce data model; Roles, profiles, and sharing rules.
  • Familiarity with
    declarative tools
    : Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules
  • Experience with
    version control tools
    (Git), including: Merge conflicts, Revert commits. Rebase, Repository management
  • Familiarity with
    : Salesforce DX, Metadata API, CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins).
  • Understanding of
    Apex Enterprise Design Patterns
    (e.g., FFLIB), or equivalent experience in other OOP languages.
  • Knowledge of
    Apex best practices
    and
    static code analysis
    tools: PMD, SonarQube, Checkmarx
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

  • Exposure to integration tools: Postman, MuleSoft, Talend.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira), including:


• Breaking stories into MVPs


• Participating in scrum and retrospective sessions


• Interest in pursuing advanced Salesforce certifications or architectural tracks

  • Working Model:
    Agile-first mindset, Collaborative team environment using modern development tools and practices.
