Skills Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Business related;
  • 6+ years
    of experience as a Delivery Manager ;
  • ITIL
    Service Management Certificate Qualified (or equivalent);
  • Expertise of key aspects of Service Delivery processes and business characteristics,
  • Managing Client relationships;
  • Interface within a global enterprise organization;
  • Fluency in
    English;
  • The candidate has to be in Lisbon - hybrid position, 2x per week in the office.
