Cargo:

Responsabilidades

  • Gerir e evoluir o nosso design system, assegurando alinhamento com as necessidades dos diversos produtos.
  • Implementar o WCAG 2.1 nível AA de Acessibilidade.
  • Promover a adoção do design system junto das equipas de produto e desenvolvimento.
  • Criar e manter componentes reutilizáveis e documentações claras em Figma e plataformas de documentação.
  • Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com developers para garantir a paridade entre design e front-end.
  • Garantir a escalabilidade e consistência do sistema visual e de interação em todos os touchpoints.
  • Facilitar a governança e os processos de contribuição de novas soluções ao sistema.
  • Definir boas práticas de design, acessibilidade e design tokens.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência mínima de 5 anos em design de produto digital, com forte foco em

sistemas de design.

  • Domínio de Figma, tokens de design, bibliotecas e documentação de componentes.
  • Experiência na criação, manutenção e evangelização de design systems em

ambientes complexos.

  • Conhecimentos sólidos de design visual, acessibilidade, design de interação e UI

responsiva.

  • Capacidade de comunicar eficazmente com equipas técnicas e não técnicas.
  • Espírito crítico, atenção ao detalhe e abordagem sistemática à resolução de

problemas.

  • Licenciatura em Design, HCI ou área similar.

  • Conhecimentos de HTML/CSS/JS .
  • Conhecimento do setor bancário ou fintech.
