We want you to:

  • Lead the delivery of our services and products with one of our key clients.
  • Knowledge of SDLC and architectural principles.
  • People leadership qualities.
  • Previous experience in a similar role as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager.
  • Stakeholder management experience, with the ability to build relationships and trust quickly.
  • Experience running and managing different size projects.
  • Accountability for the ownership and management of delivery.
  • Internal and external reporting experience.

You're a perfect fit if you have:

  • Experience with DevOps tools.
  • Knowledge of Design Thinking and Systems Thinking.
  • Experience in Agile Software Delivery.
  • A solid understanding of SDLC/PDLC.
  • Good technical grasp and awareness of engineering best practices.
  • Ability to use the language of the engineering teams, to lead discussion over technical/architectural topics when needed.
  • Excellent level of written and verbal English communication

You might also have:

  • IPMA, PMP or equal certificates will be considered an advantage.
  • Higher education in IT Project Management is an advantage.

Please note you will work out of our Porto Office 5 days per week due to the current client requirements which is likely to last for at least 6-12 months.
