Senior TIBCO Developer.

Your Mission
Will Be

  • Participating in the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks 5 and BusinessConnect (BCE);
  • Supporting the maintenance and optimization of existing integration processes to ensure high performance and scalability;
  • Collaborating closely with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions;
  • Troubleshooting complex issues across integration layers, ensuring data consistency and reliability;
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of integration standards and best practices within the team.

You Will Need

  • Solid experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks 5 and TIBCO BusinessConnect (CE);
  • Strong understanding of SOA, EAI, and integration patterns;
  • Experience with XML, XSLT, SOAP/REST services, and messaging systems such as JMS;
  • Ability to work collaboratively in crossfunctional environments and communicate effectively with technical and business teams;
  • CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

  • Experience with TIBCO EMS, Hawk, or other integration monitoring tools;
  • Knowledge of cloud or hybrid integrationenvironments;
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools such as Git or Jenkins;
  • Previous experience in large-scale enterprise environments;
  • BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
