Senior O2C Specialist On-Site Role in Porto

In this position, you will manage the entire Order-to-Cash cycle. Your daily responsibilities involve validating customer orders, verifying required documents, monitoring invoice flows, ensuring correct data entry, handling reconciliations, evaluating financial discrepancies, and supporting internal reporting needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as logistics, commercial operations, accounts receivable, customer service, and internal controllers to ensure every stage of the O2C cycle flows smoothly.

You will also support month-end closing activities, prepare operational performance reports, assist with internal audits, and help identify improvements that reduce errors and delays. This role requires accuracy, responsibility, and a strong commitment to meeting deadlines. Over time, you may take ownership of high-value accounts, participate in workflow redesign, or mentor junior colleagues.
