Job Description

  • Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and define product requirements.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch and post-launch optimization
  • Develop and maintain product documentation, including user stories, specifications, and release notes.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
  • Conduct data-driven analysis to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including customers and partners, to gather feedback and validate product direction.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the Energy and Resources sector and Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the Energy and Resources sector
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its applications in the Energy and Resources industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex product lifecycles
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences
  • Strategic thinking and ability to align product initiatives with business goals
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
