We are more than 500 consultants with offices in Lisbon, Porto and Madrid.DECSKILL operates in 3 main areas:DECSKILL TALENT, through which we provide our clients with an extension to their IT teams;DECSKILL BOOST, through which we provide our client with software development models to increase capacity and optimize Time-to-Market, where we create and manage teams that deliver according to their needs, at the desired speed;DECSKILL CONNECT through which we provide our client with consulting services, as well as the implementation and management of information technology infrastructures.Our practice results in the creation of value for our customers, either by delivering qualified and value-added services, or through highly qualified and motivated professionals, as well as technology solutions that allow us to operate and transform the business of our customers.We are looking for anITIL Application SupportMission:The IT team supports our operational teams in providing our clients with the best quality of uninterrupted service - as a member of this team you are responsible for tackling open incidents and supports, and lead their resolution, in coordination with different application development teams and external parties. This involves working in shifts (7>16 and 9:30>18:30) as well as on-call support.Primary responsibilities will include: Incident / Support / Change Management, Investigation, Escalations, Incident Communication, Crisis calls, Managing backlog, Exchanging with other support teams and Producing activity reports on a production scope.Responsibilities:Incident Management.Problem Management.Change Management.Reporting.Crisis Communication.Requirements:ITIL Expert.Data Flows (MQ, CFT, API) Knowledge.Financial Knowledge is a plus.Problem Solving and critical thinking.Good communication skills.Team work and collaboration.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.Proactive and flexible approach to dealing with challenges.If you're interested in this job, please send your CV to with reference "CA/Support"Thank You Decskill is committed to equality and non-discrimination with all our talents.
