About the Role:

Are you ready to be part of something extraordinary? We are a dynamic and ambitious IPP (Independent Power Producer) company on the brink of revolutionizing the clean energy landscape. As we embark on this exciting journey, we are
 strengthening its Project Delivery team and is looking for a Project Manager to support the execution of solar photovoltaic projects, including self-consumption projects (UPACs), Renewable Energy Communities (RECs) and grid-connected solar power plants (UPPs).

In this role, you will manage projects from detailed design through construction and commissioning, coordinating EPC contractors and ensuring technical excellence, schedule, cost and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

You will work closely with internal teams, EPC contractors, representing the investor's technical interests and ensuring full compliance with HSE, quality, ESG and DNO requirements.

What You Can Expect:

  • Manage solar PV projects from detailed design through construction and commissioning.
  • Coordinate and technically supervise EPC contractors.
  • Review and validate electrical designs (LV and exposure to MV systems 10 kV / 30 kV).
  • Support and review energy yield assessments and PV simulations (PVSyst).
  • Participate in Owner's Engineering activities, representing the investor.
  • Monitor schedule, costs, risks, quality and overall project performance.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE, quality and ESG requirements.

We are looking for a:

  • Electrical Engineer or similar background.
  • 3–5 years of experience in solar PV project management.
  • Member of "Ordem dos Engenheiros" or "Ordem dos Engenheiros Técnicos".
  • Experience with ground-mounted utility-scale PV projects (highly valued).
  • Proven experience with PVSyst, PVcase and Rated Power.
  • Experience in detailed design engineering project.
  • Experience with execution of overhead lines and grid connection works (valued).
  • Exposure to IPP / investor-side environments (strong plus).
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written (required).
