What You'll Do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain software solutions with , ensuring high-quality, production-ready code.
  • Conduct constructive code reviews and mentor team members to support growth.
  • Write and maintain unit and integration tests to guarantee code quality.
  • Integrate software with monitoring and support tools for operational excellence.
  • Create and maintain clear technical documentation.
  • Actively participate in agile planning, delivery processes, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with architects and technical leads to design software and break down features into actionable tasks.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience, with 3+ years in

    .
  • Strong proficiency in
    JavaScript/TypeScript
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures
    .
  • Experience with frameworks like
    Express, NestJS, or Fastify
    .
  • Familiarity with
    message queues
    (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS).
  • Proficiency with
    SQL and NoSQL databases
    (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
  • Knowledge of
    containerization
    (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms, preferably
    AWS
    (including serverless services like Lambda, CDK).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • English level C1 or higher
    .
  • Hybrid work model
    : 2 days per week in the office (Lisbon, Braga, or Coimbra).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with frontend frameworks like
    React or

  • Familiarity with
    CI/CD pipelines
    (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
  • Knowledge of
    Terraform
    or other Infrastructure as Code tools.
