Role Overview:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will handle customer inquiries through phone, chat, email, and social media, addressing account, technical, and financial issues. Your work will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and improving operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch support through phone, chat, email, and social media
  • Resolve issues related to account setup, verification, logins, financial matters, and technical problems
  • Act as a trusted advisor, particularly to clients in the sports industry
  • Respond swiftly to inquiries, feedback, and concerns
  • Build strong relationships with clients through clear, effective communication
  • Maintain high service standards in accordance with company policies
  • Suggest improvements to processes to elevate the overall customer experience

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Turkish (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
  • 0-1 year experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
