The role

As our Leasing Agent, you're the 
matchmaker
 of the team—you'll own the process of getting our doors open and finding the perfect residents to call our apartments home. No two days are the same—one moment you might be scheduling a showing, the next coordinating a repair, or welcoming a guest. If you're proactive, organized, and enjoy working with people, you'll fit right in.

Here's what you'll be doing:

Creating and posting listings for available properties

Responding to inquiries and scheduling property showings

Providing excellent service to guests and tenants, answering questions and resolving concerns

Conducting move-in and move-out inspections

Preparing maintenance lists and coordinating repairs for rentals

Building strong relationships with tenants to encourage renewals

Data entry and administrative tasks across multiple platforms (we'll train you—no prior experience needed)

What we're looking for

2+ years of experience in real estate, hospitality, or another customer-facing role

Strong communication skills in English and Portuguese

Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks

Tech-savvy (basic Microsoft Office is fine—we'll show you the rest)

Flexible availability, including some weekends

Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-growth startup

A positive, proactive attitude—you see challenges as opportunities
