Base salary: €1,300 gross / month (14 months)

Attandance Bonus: €300 / month (11 months)

Welcome Bonus : €2,000

Support Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Accounts Receivable processes
-
Assist with billing, cash application, and dispute handling
-
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
-
Support month-end closing activities
-
Collaborate with internal teams and customers
-
Ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures
-
Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
-
Minimum 6 months experience in AR / O2C / Finance Operations
(2–5 years of experience is a strong plus) -
Basic knowledge of accounting and finance principles
-
Good analytical skills and MS Excel knowledge
(VLOOKUPs and pivot tables preferred) -
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus

Dutch: Fluent / native level (spoken & written)

English: Advanced (C1 level)

Customer-oriented, detail-focused, and able to multitask
Entry-to-junior level role with growth potential
