Cybercrime is costing the world >$10 trillion annually and growing by 15% p.a. - we invite you to be part of the solutionHere's how you'll make a difference:Lead the transformation of SoSafe's Analytics into a true Insights & value product area, helping customers quantify behavior change and compliance impact.Translate the Insights & Analytics strategy into shipped, measurable outcomes, including ROI indicators, benchmarking, and enriched risk scoring.Build and guide a hands-on engineering team, staying deeply involved in architecture, coding, reviews, and technical decision-making.Drive the expansion of SoSafe's risk signal catalogue, including 3rd party risk signal integrations, to improve scoring and recommendations.Unify and evolve the Analytics experience into a cohesive and adoptable customer journey, reducing fragmentation and improving clarity.Act as a technical and strategic partner to Product, Data, and customer-facing stakeholders to ensure alignment, adoption, and customer impact.What makes you a great fit:You are a hands-on technical leader who enjoys building customer-facing products and still writes code regularly.You have experience building analytics, reporting, or insights-driven product experiences that customers rely on for decision-making.You are comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and turning strategy into execution with clear priorities and momentum.You bring strong architectural thinking and care deeply about trust, data quality, performance, and long-term maintainability.You can lead, mentor, and grow engineers while holding a high bar for delivery, ownership, and stakeholder communication.Experience with analytics product engineering, risk scoring, signal-based systems, or B2B SaaS security domains is a strong advantage, but product mindset and customer empathy matter just as much.What we offer*Work/Life balance: Flexible hours, 33 vacation daysWellbeing and financial support: Access to Open Up, corporate discountsConnection & community: Virtual events, collaborative team activities, and opportunities for local meet-upsAnd the list goes on: Tech equipment, referral bonuses, dog-friendly HQ*Perks and benefits listed above are for full-time employees and may vary slightly by office location.
