We are growing our team in Portugal and looking for a driven recruiter to join us.
As a Recruiter for the Portugal team, you will play a critical role in our growth strategy. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring high-potential consultants to work on projects for our key clients. This is a fast-paced environment suited for a "hands-on" recruiter who thrives on activity and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT and technical profiles (from sourcing to offer negotiation).
- Conduct a high volume of candidate interview to ensure a strong pipeline.
- Assess candidates not just on technical skills, but on cultural fit and soft skills.
Your Profile
- Experience:
1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within an agency, consultancy (ESN), or high-volume environment. - Specialization:
Previous experience recruiting IT, Tech, or Financial/Banking profiles is highly preferred. - Languages:
Native/Bilingual level of
Portuguese
and fluent
English
are mandatory (daily use). - Mindset:
You are analytical, proactive, and results-oriented. You understand the importance of KPIs and speed in the recruitment market. Communication:
