We're seeking Senior Software Engineers with fresh ideas and a passion for pushing the boundaries of what's possible in payments technology. You will work within a division focused on exploring cutting-edge ideas, technologies, and developing products that shape the future of payments. You'll drive innovation and lead mission-critical projects that impact our global customer base.

The Impact You'll Make:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions, including product management, engineering, and design.
  • Lead the design and implementation of loosely coupled, scalable systems within a microservices architecture.
  • Use a modern tech stack (such as TypeScript, Python, and Java), ensuring best practices in software development, testing, and deployment.
  • Leverage mobile technologies (such as Kotlin, Swift, or Hybrid frameworks) to build performant mobile applications.
  • Take ownership of web and mobile application design, including state management solutions (such as Redux, MobX, or Vuex).
  • Operate and maintain mission-critical systems focusing on high availability, resilience, and service quality.
  • Stay informed of the latest trends in cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, Kubernetes) and continuously advocate for improvements.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while adhering to agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance on software development best practices, code quality, and technical problem-solving.
  • Participate in the entire product lifecycle from discovery and concept to solution development, deployment, and ongoing optimisation.

Technology Stack (Main Technologies):

  • Mobile Technologies: Kotlin or Swift (one is mandatory; if you know both, please apply)
  • Typescript / Python (nice to have)
  • Redux, MobX, Vuex (nice to have)
  • Cloud (AWS / GCP, Kubernetes)
