A growing medium size manufacturer , is seeking a Financial Manager who can do more than manage numbers — someone who can turn data into strategy, insight into action, and challenges into opportunity.

Purpose of the Role
Responsible for the full financial management and reporting function of the company
Ensuring sound financial controls, strategic financial planning, and data-driven insights.
Work closely with the Financial  Director and key business units such as Procurement, Operations, and Production to drive profitability growth.

Financial Management & Reporting
  • Lead the  financial reporting cycle 
  • Management accounts to presentations and audited financial statements
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
  • Financial controls that balance compliance
  • Deliver insightful financial reports that drive exco decisions.
Business Partnering & Collaboration
  • Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, Im / Export, Manufacturing and Planning
  • Track product performance, margins, and profitability

Data Analytics & Business Intelligence
  • Develop dashboards
  • Translate trends in sales, margins, and customer behaviour 
  • Drive smarter, faster decision-making across the business through data.
Team Leadership & Development

BCom Accounting / Financial Management and completed SAICA essential and CA(SA)
Min 18 months to 3 years in financial management, preferably within Fruit / Manufacturing / Supply Chain

Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Solid understanding of margin, stock, cash flow, and supply chain.
ERP systems and BI tools 
Analytical and problem-solving ability
Natural business acumen
Hands-on leader .
Advanced Excel
