Sobre a Oportunidade:

Como QA Data Engineer Lead, vais trabalhar de perto com especialistas de negócio e com a equipa sénior de Data Engineering, ajudando a desenhar, implementar e validar pipelines de dados em streaming e batch.

Terás um papel fundamental na criação de processos de validação, exposição de Data Products via APIs e consolidação de dados em modelos dimensionais fiáveis.

Responsabilidades:

  • Participar ativamente em discussões arquiteturais e de planeamento com a equipa sénior de engenharia de dados;

  • Criar single sources of truth para dados de atividade;

  • Definir e implementar regras de validação técnica e de negócio;

  • Acelerar análises através da exposição de Data Products via REST APIs e modelação dimensional consolidada;

  • Contribuir para a melhoria contínua de boas práticas e processos de entrega;

  • Apoiar na criação e manutenção de pipelines de MLOps.

O que Procuramos:

  • Excelentes competências de comunicação para diferentes audiências;

  • Experiência comprovada em levantamento e análise de requisitos de dados;

  • Conhecimentos sólidos de Data Modeling (com ênfase em modelação dimensional);

  • Fluência em Python (limpeza e processamento de datasets);

  • Capacidade de estabelecer relações de confiança duradouras e transparentes;

  • Experiência em arquiteturas modernas de dados (streaming ou real-time), idealmente com Kafka, AWS Kinesis ou Snowflake Dynamic Tables (valorizado).

Skills e Qualificações:

  • +6 anos de experiência em funções de Data Engineering ou semelhantes, com foco em criação de datasets e modelos;

  • Fluência em inglês (escrito e falado obrigatório);

  • Forte domínio de SQL (T-SQL, window functions, procedures, CTEs) e noções de otimização de performance em SQL (Snowflake é uma mais-valia);

  • Familiaridade com métricas de performance B2B (ARR, ACV, margem, custos, headcount, etc.);

  • Conhecimentos de ferramentas como Pentaho Data Integration, Kettle, Apache Hop, Kafka ou similares (valorizado).
