Spécialiste Support Logiciel
capable daccompagner des utilisateurs dans lutilisation, la compréhension et la résolution de problématiques liées à des outils numériques et applications professionnelles. Ce poste, principalement en télétravail, sadresse à des personnes structurées, patientes et passionnées par lassistance utilisateur. Vous interviendrez auprès dun public francophone et anglophone et représenterez un service international engagé dans la qualité et la précision.
Votre rôle consistera à analyser des incidents, guider les utilisateurs à travers des étapes de diagnostic, expliquer clairement des fonctions ou paramètres logiciels et assurer un suivi rigoureux des cas dans les systèmes internes. Vous participerez à la création dune expérience utilisateur cohérente, tout en respectant les procédures établies et en collaborant avec des équipes techniques avancées lorsquune expertise plus approfondie est requise.

We are looking for a
Software Support Specialist
who enjoys guiding users, solving technical issues, and explaining digital tools in a simple and structured way. This remote-oriented role requires strong analytical abilities, patience, and clear communication. You will support both English- and French-speaking users while representing a global environment that values precision and professionalism.
Your main tasks include diagnosing software-related problems, walking users through troubleshooting steps, explaining system functionalities, and documenting all cases within internal platforms. You will contribute to a seamless user experience by following established procedures and collaborating with advanced technical teams whenever escalation is needed.
A

Your success in this role relies on your ability to stay calm, provide structured explanations, and simplify technical concepts.
