About the job
IT Project Management Officer mission consists in contribute to the definition, design and implementation of a solution that meets a requirement expressed by a stakeholder, taking into account the resources allocated, the deadlines, budget, compliance rules and the Group's applicable best practices
Your Main Activities Are
Strategic PMO activities can be regrouped in 3 major parts:
Reporting activities: comprising the consolidation and analysis of data to be provided to stakeholders
- Contribution to WMIS Executive Committee: provide strategic projects information to WMIS ExCo members
WMIS projects portfolio review with Wealth Management sites: provide sites sponsor visibility of upcoming releases for their sites
CIO dashboard: To provide CIO visibility of IT activities and foster an organizational data-culture through top management awareness
Contribution to Investment Committees: To provide visibility to Business sponsors of budget consumption per projects' category and tracking project commitments
Reporting to Group: To provide monthly Performance Measurement System reporting to the Group
Data reliability: comprising the controls, alerts and tracking to ensure that data sources are up to date. This is a prerequisite for good reporting
Portfolio Review: To control data quality through monthly teams reviews on data in Clarity
Animation of local PMO community: To keep track of Clarity actions and share best practices through monthly meetings - with local PMOs
Contribution to internal meetings: To Provide visibility to colleagues on portfolio status
- Support to WMIS management: Recurrent reviews of the data quality with Division Heads and local PMOs in dedicated bimonthly meetings to ensure high standard level of quality for projects data
Clarity support: supporting teams in the usage of the Project Management tool (Clarity) and aligning Clarity features to WMIS portfolio management needs
- Clarity support: Strategic PMO teams supports teams regarding the Project Portfolio tool (Clarity) and shares best practices for structuring the projects
- Clarity improvements: Plan and coordinate on functional and technical improvements of the WMIS Project Portfolio tool
- Clarity with respect to the PMO requirements
- Clarity training: Train WMIS staff to Clarity usage
Profile and Skills to Success
Previous experience on project management (Agile Methodologies experience is a plus)
Experience on the set-up of project portfolio management and portfolio reports
Experience with data management (BI)
Knowledge of: Excel, Project Management tools (Clarity) PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint
Skills with VBA-macro is an advantage
Strong, professional communication skills, able to approach senior managers using appropriate level of detail, terminology, and style
Figures oriented , leadership potential
Focus on details, errorless delivery, logical reasoning
Capacity to deliver high quality reporting in a short time frame (stress resistant)
Working language is English. Knowledge of French language is an advantage
