Dellent is a consulting company focused in System Information and Telecommunications. Our goal is to help our candidates and consultants to take a step forward in their careers through projects that meet their needs and expectations.

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for a
Business Analyst (French Speaker)
to work in this project in
Porto (Hybrid).
Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field;
  • Between 3 and 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst;
  • Business Analysis: Strong analytical skills and experience in conducting business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design to support organizational goals;
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex business concepts and recommendations in both French and English;
  • Stakeholder Management: Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with French-speaking clients, partners, and cross-functional teams to drive successful business outcomes;
  • Documentation: Proficiency in creating detailed documentation and specifications in both French and English to ensure clear communication and alignment across teams and stakeholders;
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies, as well as the ability to adapt to and effectively utilize new business solutions and technologies;
  • Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and address complex business challenges and drive continuous improvement;
  • Banking or Finance experience will be a plus.
