Family MissionEnsuring the effective and efficient planning, coordination and control of the production operation in the Casais Group, guaranteeing internal/external customer satisfaction by meeting deadlines, current legislation, quality and safety standards and at the lowest possible cost, through the appropriate allocation of financial, human, technical and material resources and acting in accordance with the Group's ethics and Casais' values.
Job Responsibilities- Define the commercial strategy for attracting business, financial and human strategy for your unit, managing business opportunities in your area/region, all in accordance with the principles established for a Constru unit, according to the Operations Manual and objectives defined for your unit
- Develop, propose and manage in all its components an annual budget for the unit to respond to the established objectives, as well as prepare all the necessary elements for the four-monthly monitoring (beaconing) of it and the business
- Promote the alignment and partnership of the team under his responsibility, as well as leverage opportunities to develop business with other companies within his area/region
- Monitor the various phases of commercial proposal development, negotiation, contracting, project implementation, ensuring client satisfaction, managing any complaints and additions and safeguarding the interests of the Company
- Analyse the construction project, proceeding to the study of constructive alternatives/solutions, implementing/using whenever possible solutions/materials from Constru strategic partnerships
- Ensure the optimization of work processes, with the team, as well as the transmission of best practices and homogenization of processes
- Proceed to the permanent articulation with the Owner, regarding the fulfillment of the contract, suggesting and negotiating, eventual changes to the project and/or to the work plan and to the execution processes defined
- Ensure the implementation of the environment, quality and safety plans according to the legal and internal rules in force
- English - Advanced
- Professional Experience: 3 to 5 years
- Management Professional Experience: 1 to 3 years
