Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain complex mobile systems using Flutter, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and efficient.

Provide guidance and support to junior developers, helping them grow and improve their skills while ensuring high-quality deliverables;

Developand enforce coding standards for security, scalability, and maintainability, and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure consistency with design principles, system architecture, and best practices;

Exploreand recommend new technologies to enhance the development process and system capabilities;

Independentlysolve complex technical challenges and deliver effective solutions;

Document the software design, architecture, and system components clearly;

Collaborate with other departments to ensure systems are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

You Must Have
Academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Proven experience as a Senior Mobile Developer with strong expertise in Flutter (minimum of 5 years); Advanced knowledge of GetX; Expertise in unit and integration tests; CI/CD knowledge; Solid understanding of native Android and ioS platforms; Channelknowledge for native integration; Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, scalability, and security, Strong skills in conducting code reviews and ensuring design consistency; Experience with mobile development tools, and a passion for exploring new technologies; Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills; Good communication skills in English (both speaking and writing); Passionfor supply chain and logistics is a plus.
