We are seeking an experienced
Corporate Systems Administrator
to be the backbone of our communication, collaboration, and customer support infrastructure. If you are an expert in managing and optimizing essential SaaS platforms like
Zendesk, Microsoft 365, RingCentral, and Duo Security
, and you love solving problems efficiently, we want to meet you

This role is critical for ensuring the
stability, security, and performance
of the systems that support our global teams and our daily customer interactions.

Your Daily Challenge:

Your focus will be on the
Administration, Configuration, and Optimization
of our core corporate systems:

  • Zendesk:
    Customize workflows, automations, and business rules to maximize customer support efficiency.
  • Microsoft 365 (M365):
    Manage the tenant, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, ensuring collaboration and security.
  • RingCentral:
    Manage call routing, IVR configurations, and reporting dashboards.
  • Duo Security:
    Maintain MFA configurations and device management policies.
  • Manage
    User Provisioning
    and access controls (IAM/SSO) to ensure security and compliance (GDPR, PCI).
  • Provide excellent
    Tier 2/3 Support
    and document solutions.

What We Expect From You:

  • 4-6 years of experience
    as a Systems or Application Administrator in a corporate IT environment.
  • Solid, hands-on experience managing and configuring
    Zendesk, RingCentral, Microsoft 365, and Duo Security.
  • Strong understanding of
    Identity and Access Management (IAM), MFA, and SSO
    principles.
  • Proven ability to
    troubleshoot
    and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with SaaS administration, API integrations, and ideally, scripting (PowerShell, Python, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft 365 or Zendesk Admin certifications, and knowledge of platforms like Okta, Slack, or Jira, as well as ITIL principles.
