A leading company in supply chain is looking for a Junior Quality Engineer (m/f/d) to reinforce their team.
Your new role
- Coordinating with suppliers and partners to ensure timely inspections and measurements;
- Monitoring and reporting key performance indicators to support decision-making;
- Ensuring compliance with legal, internal, and external regulations;
- Supporting the development and analysis of management reporta;
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives and quality assurance processes;
- Collaborating with operational teams to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness;
- Assuring product and project quality throughout the development lifecycle;
- Supporting project managers in defining and implementing quality objectives and mesures;
- Leading problem-solving activities and FMEA teams;
- Participating in risk assessments, taskforces, and crisis teams;
- Promoting and deploying new quality tools and methodologies;
- Coaching and training colleagues in quality management practices.
What you'll need to suceed
- Degree in Engineering or a related fiel;
- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles, preferably in industrial environments;
- Solid knowledge of Quality Management Systems implementation, ISO 9001 standards and audit techniques;
- Proficiency in Problem Solving techniques (8D, 5W, Ishikawa, etc.) and FMEA;
- Understanding PPAP processes;
- Proficiency in MS Office tolls;
- Strong communication skills in English:
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking;
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration abilities.
