The Opportunity

As an Associate, you'll join CloudRock's structured Workday Pathway Programme — a development journey for early careers talent that blends hands-on experience, formal learning, and professional certification.
You'll build foundational consulting and delivery skills while working toward certification in one of four specialisms:

• Workday Human Capital Management (HCM)
• Workday Financials (Fins)
• Change & Adoption (PROSCI Certification)
• Project Management Office (PMO)
   

This is an entry-level role designed for graduates or early-career professionals based in Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid), who are excited to learn, contribute, and grow into an Associate Consultant role within 24 months.

What You'll Do

• Take part in structured training and mentoring leading to Workday or PROSCI certification
• Support client project teams with analysis, documentation, configuration, and testing activities
• Learn CloudRock's consulting methodology and delivery standards
• Build understanding of HR, Finance, and Transformation processes
• Maintain accurate records and help ensure consistent, high-quality outputs
• Collaborate with colleagues to solve problems, share insights, and improve how we work
• Demonstrate CloudRock's core capability areas in everything you do:
  Operational Excellence | Continuous Improvement | Proactive Delivery | Open Communication

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience

• A recent graduate or early-career professional (Business, HR, Finance, Data, or Technology background preferred)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Interest in people, process, and technology — and how they come together to drive change
