Location: Remote - Anywhere in Portugal
Start Dates: November 18, 2024, or December 9, 2024
Languages Required: German (C1) and English (B2)
Salary: 1,100 EUR gross (paid 14 times per year)
Bonus: Performance-based sales bonus up to 120 EUR monthly
Meal Allowance: 7.63 EUR per working day
Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday (rotative shifts within the following hours)
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 18:00
- Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 - 17:00
- Occasional availability from 08:00 - 19:00 may be required
Days Off: 2 days per week (rotative)

Join our team as a Customer Service Specialist for a Leading Cruise Line and help travelers experience the joy of smooth, worry-free journeys. This remote role, available anywhere in Portugal, is ideal for someone with a knack for problem-solving, exceptional communication skills, and a love for the travel industry. As a key contact, you`ll play a pivotal role in helping customers with everything from booking inquiries to on-board services.
Your Daily Adventure- Engage with Customers: Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats in German, supporting customers with inquiries and providing top-tier assistance.
- Booking Support: Help travelers with their reservations, handle changes, and provide expert advice on travel options, routes, and packages.
- Problem Solving: Assist with any challenges customers encounter, from account issues to general travel support, all while maintaining a high level of empathy.
- Upsell and Recommend: Provide product recommendations, upselling additional services where appropriate to enhance customer experience.
- Digital Savvy: Navigate various platforms to manage customer interactions efficiently and provide seamless support.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in German (C1) with strong English communication skills (B2).
- Experience Matters: Previous experience in a Contact Center, Customer Service, tourism, or travel industry is a big plus.
- Digital Skills: Confident navigating online platforms, CRM systems, and other digital tools.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to handle inquiries with precision and care, ensuring no detail is missed.
- Customer-Focused: A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for problem-solving and helping people.
- Multi-Tasker: Comfortable juggling multiple tasks at once while maintaining efficiency and quality.
