We're looking for a
Junior Product Designer
to join our OLX team where you will play a crucial role in the product development process, working closely with cross-functional teams to design user-centered solutions that meet both customer needs and business goals. What You Will Be Doing

• You will collaborate with senior designers, product managers, and engineers to conceptualize and create usable, delightful solutions that will create value for our customers.
• You will thrive by showing your team how problems are being solved through user flows, sketches, prototypes, wireframes, and visual design.
• You will be wireframing and prototyping to help visualize and communicate design ideas and iterate on designs based on feedback and testing.
• You will be developing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the user experience. Ensure that designs are consistent with design guidelines and best practices.
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and effectively
• You will conduct brainstorming sessions and design reviews with your team
• You will conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to refine and improve your designs.
• You will create and maintain design documentation, including design specifications and style guides.
• You'll use, contribute to, and help evolve Nexus, our design system.

Who We Are Looking For

• 1-2+ years of experience in UX/Digital Product Design
• Someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and can take initiative
• A solid grasp of user-centered design principles and research to solve complex product problems
• Familiarity with various research methods and the ability to collaborate with researchers and analysts
• Knowledge of the entire product development process from problem-solving to implementation
• Knowledge of Product Discovery techniques and tools
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain design decisions with data
• A strong attention to detail and a sense of responsibility for the work delivered to customers
• A growth mindset, open to feedback from others, and capable of providing constructive feedback
• Strong sense of collaboration and ability to give and receive feedback
• Proficiency in English for effective communication
