We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world's leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included.

About the project:

We're seeking Beauty Advisors to join the team in Porto We're partnering with a leading cosmetics company and looking for talented individuals for Customer Service roles. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, possesses excellent interpersonal skills, and excels in managing telephone interactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer contact via live chat, phone, E-mails, webforms or Social 1:1.
  • Management of consumer requests relating to Information and complaints.
  • Providing excellent solutions, and service.
  • Providing product and beauty advice in a professional, precise and timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Flawless communication skills, both written and oral in Dutch language (C2) + Advanced English language (B2);
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy & high focus on customer satisfaction
  • Customer orientation, problem solving skills, teamwork
  • Good IT skills - required competence and speed in the use of tools to report interactions

Nice to have:

  • Prior experience in Cosmetics and Luxury sector is preferential
  • Knowledge and experience with digital and social media
  • Previous experience in Customer Service

What we offer

  • Full time contract
  • Base salary without accommodation: 1309 €
  • Base salary with accommodation: 1050 € (room in shared apartment with bills included paid by the employer during the contract)
  • You will also receive payment for completing the training

CONTRACT:

  • Initial contract with a duration of 12 months, permanent after 2 years (or 1 renewal)
  • Private health insurance after contract signature (additionally to the standard insurance).
