We are looking for an
Junior PMO fluent in French
for a new project

Responsabilities:

  • Provide back-up for colleagues in case of leave / absence.
  • Provision of files required for the activity.
  • KPI production.
  • Communicating with interlocutors.
  • Supporting change management in departments.
  • Administration and updating of the group Office sharepoint.
  • Organization of all the committees with the departments and other stakeholders of the group: preparation of materials, drafting of reports, monitoring of actions taken.
  • Contribute to the formalization of group activity: Drafting and updating of procedures.

Requirements
:

  • At least one year's experience of PMO activities.
  • Pack office tools such as Powerpoint and Excel.
  • Collaborate, communicate (both in writing and orally), convince the different types of interlocutors and propose solutions.
  • Document the processes and controls carried out.
  • Office (Excel and Power Point).
  • Ability to manage a project;
  • Ability to facilitate a meeting a seminar, a committee, a training course.
  • Good level of English.
