Receptionist Trainee

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

• Support the office as a first point of contact for incoming telephone inquiries as well as office visitors, guests, and new employees.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings & events.
• Accept and forward deliveries, post, and package.
• Manage office supplies and services (machine vending, fruit distribution).
• Process orders via SAP.
• Maintain office safety and report any issues.

This is what you bring to us:

• Eligible for an IEFP internship.
• Professional course in secretarial work, administration, management support, or similar areas - level 4.
• Language skills: English.
• Knowledge of MS Office tools (MS Outlook and Excel) and SAP software is a plus.
• Good organizational skills.
• Team player with good communication skills.
