We are looking for a QA Engineer (Fullstack Quality Enablement) to join our Client's team on a hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach developers and QA engineers in test strategy, automation, and quality ownership
  • Define and implement automation strategies across the full tech stack (backend, frontend, mobile, and cloud)
  • Contribute hands-on to test automation and manual testing, particularly in complex or AI-driven workflows
  • Guide teams in validating AI/ML features for accuracy, fairness, and compliance
  • Integrate AI tools into QA workflows and act as a human-in-the-loop for AI agents
  • Lead enablement initiatives such as workshops, pair testing, and tool adoption
  • Continuously evaluate new testing tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency and coverage

Required Qualifications:

  • Solid experience in test automation and fullstack development with
    .NET or Java
  • Proficiency in
    Python
    , and strong knowledge of
    APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms
    (Azure, AWS)
  • Experience with
    AI in testing
    and
    testing of AI-driven features
  • Familiarity with performance and security testing tools (e.g.,
    K6
    ,
    OWASP ZAP
    )
  • Proven ability to
    coach and mentor
    QA engineers and developers
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
