Your Contribution to the Digital Landscape

Core Functions

  • Examine, evaluate, and moderate all German-language submissions, making sure they comply with established company protocols and all relevant legal mandates.
  • Guarantee that every piece of content reviewed satisfies rigorous benchmarks for accuracy, quality, and regulatory adherence.
  • Identify, log, and immediately report any anomalies, emerging trends, or situations that could introduce a legal risk.
  • Keep your expertise current regarding all client-specific policies and guidelines.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to improve moderation efficiency and offer constructive input for continuous enhancement.
  • Manage and resolve escalated issues with professional decorum and meticulous attention, ensuring proper documentation is completed.
  • Actively cultivate a positive, inclusive, and cooperative atmosphere in the workplace.

Candidate Profile

  • Language Requirements: You must be proficient in both written and spoken German (minimum B2 level) and English (minimum B2 level).
  • Must possess a strong analytical capacity and a keen dedication to detail.
  • The ability to manage your time and work effectively within a high-speed operational environment is crucial.
  • Demonstrated strong communication and effective problem-resolution skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with and managing content across digital tools, web platforms, and CMS.
  • While previous experience in areas like online operations, content moderation, or legal analysis is welcomed, it is not mandatory, as comprehensive onboarding and training will be provided.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Portugal or be willing to relocate to Lisbon (relocation assistance is provided for eligible candidates moving from outside the region).
