What You'll do:
- Conduct functional analysis for technical projects, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical specifications;
- Collaborate closely with development teams to clarify requirements and support technical delivery;
- Work with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to support project lifecycle and team ceremonies;
- Create, review, and maintain feature files following BDD practices;
- Support and execute testing activities, ensuring functional validation and quality of deliveries;
- Work with databases to analyze data, validate logic, and support functional requirements;
- Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear communication and requirement understanding;
- Hybrid Work Model.
What You Are:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Functional Analyst;
- Knowledge of Java (ability to understand technical context and communicate effectively with developers);
- Experience with BDD methodologies and feature file creation;
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban);
- Experience working with databases;
- Experience performing functional testing;
- Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with development teams.
