  THE ROLE

We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as an Application Support (Application Stability & Availability) for a national project. 

YOUR DAY TO DAY 
  • Ensure application stability, availability, and performance;
  • Manage incidents (P1/P2), root cause analysis, and problem resolution;
  • Execute changes and deployments using ITIL & DevOps practices;
  • Collaborate with development and Scrum teams to improve systems;
  • Maintain documentation and share knowledge across teams;
  • Optimize monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus);
  • Participate in on-call rotations for critical applications.    
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Proven professional experience in similar roles;
  • Solid experience with Java application servers (JBoss), including performance tuning and diagnostics;
  • Proficient in container orchestration using Kubernetes and OpenShift;
  • Skilled in integrating and managing API Gateways such as Axway and Apigee;
  • Advanced knowledge of RHEL Linux operating systems;
  • Strong background in relational databases, including MSSQL Server and PostgreSQL;
  • Expertise in monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace, ELK Stack, Jaeger, Grafana, and Prometheus;
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Jenkins, ArgoCD, and Nexus Sonatype;
  • Proficient in infrastructure automation using Ansible and Terraform;
  • Fluency in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
