Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Lisbon. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth management of the store, staff, and customer interactions. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, maintaining inventory, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. The Store Manager will also implement retail strategies, maintain a welcoming store environment, and uphold best practices in loss prevention.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to build lasting relationships with clients and exceed their expectations.
  • Effective Communication skills to interact with customers and team members professionally and clearly.
  • Experience in Store Management, including overseeing operations, supervising employees, and meeting sales objectives.
  • Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention to safeguard store assets and reduce theft.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
  • Understanding of visual merchandising will be an added advantage.
  • Previous experience in retail or relevant industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English is required.
