Role Overview

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will work directly with advertisers to support, optimize, and improve their paid digital marketing campaigns. You'll use both creativity and data-driven thinking to help clients maximize their campaign results and reach the right audiences.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, client communication, and seeing measurable impact from digital advertising.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support advertisers end-to-end with their digital marketing campaigns — from onboarding and setup to ongoing optimization.

  • Analyze account performance daily/weekly (KPIs, conversion trends, budget pacing, targeting, creatives) and identify clear opportunities to improve results.

  • Recommend tailored optimizations to maximize ROI — adjusting audiences, bids, budgets, structure, keywords, and ad formats based on campaign goals.

  • Provide consultative guidance to help clients grow their business through online advertising, using best practices and strategic insights.

  • Troubleshoot campaign issues (policy, performance drops, tracking, setup errors) and ensure smooth adoption of the platform and tools.

  • Educate and empower clients by explaining performance, sharing actionable tips, and helping them understand how to scale effectively.

  • Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, follow-ups, and a solution-oriented mindset.

Qualifications
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic (C2 level) and English (C1 level)
  • Experience: Proven background in Digital Marketing and Paid Ads
  • Skills: Strong communication, analytical mindset, and client-support ability
  • Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency
