About the Role

Youll lead our entire engineering organization, overseeing backend, frontend, data, DevOps, and AI agent development. From roadmap execution to team scaling, youll be responsible for delivering high-impact technical initiatives and ensuring our systems are scalable, secure, and future-ready.

Key Leadership Areas
Technical Team Management

• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (Backend, Frontend, Data, AI/ML)
• Scale engineering capacity to support company growth
• Define best practices, code standards, and development processes
• Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement
• Manage hiring, performance reviews, and career development

Full-Stack Technology Oversight

• Data Infrastructure: PostgreSQL data lakes, ETL pipelines
• Integrations & APIs: Microservices, third-party integrations
• Web Scrapers: Scalable data collection systems
• Frontend: React-based applications and customer interfaces
• AI Agents: LangChain/LangGraph workflows, LLM orchestration
• DevOps: Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, cloud deployment

Project Management & Delivery

• Define and execute engineering roadmaps aligned with business goals
• Manage timelines, resources, and delivery milestones
• Implement agile methodologies and sprint planning
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and integrations
• Ensure quality through testing and code review
• Balance technical debt with feature development
