We are seeking a motivated junior professional to join our team through a structured training program. This role offers hands-on experience in planning, delivery coordination, and technology-enabled business operations, with mentorship to support career development in the financial industry.

Main Responsibilities


• Assist in documenting and maintaining project and planning-related information.


• Support prioritization and capacity alignment across business initiatives.


• Help manage internal requests and follow up on issue resolution and change tracking.


• Contribute to the preparation of dashboards and reports for performance monitoring and decision-making.


• Collaborate with internal teams and coordinate cross-departmental activities.


• Assist in budget tracking and resource planning in support of strategic initiatives.


• Help monitor application alerts and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes.


• Participate in planning and delivery-related projects as needed.

Academic Background


• A degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.


• Interest in planning, project coordination, and technology-driven business environments.


• Strong motivation for learning, collaboration, and professional growth.

Relevant Skills

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Sense of precision, organization, responsibility, and autonomy.


• Communication capabilities and teamwork spirit.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


• Fluency in English (Written and Spoken).

Preferred Qualifications


• Certifications or coursework in project management (e.g., Agile, PMP, Prince2).


• Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives.


• Familiarity with the latest trends in FinTech and digital banking.
