Job description

At Auxadi, we are looking for an Accountant and tax Manager to join our international team in our Lisbon offices.

What will my functions be?

  • Project Management: Responsible for delivery planning and economic project management. KPIs monitoring. Compliance with all legal documentation (AML,KYC).
  • Planning: Responsible for the detailed planning of the projects. Project planning monitoring.
  • Automation: Keep track of all automation initiatives in the Firm. Enforce their application.
  • People Management: Responsible for leadership and professional development of your team. Develop and retain individuals identified as talent. Prepare performance reviews. Act as technical reference for your team. Work supervision and deliverable monitoring.


Requirements

What should you meet to be a potential Auxadi member?

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting/tax outsourcing services or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting/tax principles, regulations, and standards.
  • Proficiency in Business Central.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting/tax software and financial management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Highly results orientated.
  • Leader and team management skills.
  • Technological.
  • Fluent in English.
