SAP S/4HANA RE-FX Consultant Atc

Requirements
We are looking for a SAP RE-FX Consultant with 10+ years of hands-on experience to support the Real Estate and Contract Management processes in the context of our S/4HANA digital transformation. The consultant will contribute to functional simplification, contract lifecycle optimization, and financial integration of RE-FX with FI/CO and Asset Accounting, following S/4HANA clean core and standard adoption principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, configuration, and optimization of RE-FX (Flexible Real Estate Management) processes in S/4HANA.
• Contribute to Fit-to-Standard workshops, focusing on lease contracts, rental agreements, property valuation, and IFRS compliance (IFRS 16 / ASC 842).
• Ensure end-to-end integration of RE-FX with FI-AA (Asset Accounting), Controlling, and Contract Valuation.
• Assist in the setup and migration of real estate contracts, including master data governance, posting logic, and valuation flows.
• Support contract posting reconciliation and integration checks into Universal Journal (ACDOCA).
• Participate in testing cycles (FIT, UAT), logging defects, and supporting resolution with technical teams.
• Ensure compliance with clean core principles, promoting standard RE-FX capabilities and avoiding legacy custom logic.
• Provide functional documentation and support training and adoption for key users.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in SAP RE-FX functional consulting.
• Hands-on experience in Contract Lifecycle Management, Property Management, and Lease Accounting under RE-FX.
• Understanding of S/4HANA integration of RE-FX with FI/CO and Asset Accounting.
• Familiarity with IFRS 16/ASC 842 lease valuation flows and financial postings.
• Good knowledge of master data structures in RE-FX (buildings, land, rental units, business partners).
• Experience working in SAP Activate / Fit-to-Standard project methodology.

Nice-to-Have

• Exposure to Real Estate contract migration and valuation simulation in S/4HANA.
• Experience with Fiori apps for contract management and valuation postings.
• Knowledge of integration with Flexible Real Estate for investments (IM/PS-AA).
• Awareness of SAP Group Reporting or Central Finance integration impacting RE-FX postings.

Profile

• Hands-on and detail-oriented consultant with a focus on financial correctness and compliance.
• Capable of working under template governance and clean core process rules.
• Proactive, structured, and comfortable collaborating with Finance, Controlling, and Asset Accounting teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate real estate business scenarios into SAP standard capabilities.

Location: Lisbon, Braga, Coimbra hybrid
