We're looking for a
Senior Linux System Administrator / OpenShift Administrator
to join a dynamic and collaborative team responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and security of critical business infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure Linux servers meet business performance, availability, and security requirements;
  • Manage all changes, additions, and removals through the automation platform;
  • Apply and maintain security policies and compliance standards;
  • Administer, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot Linux, OpenShift, VMware, and Storage Server environments;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business requirements, security policies, and network connectivity flows.

What You'll Need to Join Us

  • Solid experience in Linux systems administration (Senior level);
  • Proven experience in OpenShift, automation, clustering, VMware, and Storage Server management;
  • Strong knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and CI/CD tools;
  • Good understanding of infrastructure services and networking topologies;
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills;
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities;
  • English level B2 or higher (written and spoken);
  • Availability for hybrid work in Porto (3 days per week onsite).
