Role: QA Functional Mobile
Location:
100% Remote Portugal

Required skills:

  • 6+ years of experience in mobile application testing
  • Solid knowledge of SDLC and the test lifecycle
  • Definition of test strategy, risk and dependency analysis, definition of test plans/test cases, anomaly management, entry and exit criteria, and quality reports.
  • Solid knowledge of the different phases of testing and types of tests to apply.
  • Ability to organize testing activities and initially execute them manually with the goal of automating them.
  • Ability to contribute to and/or define a strategy for mobile testing (Important)
  • Knowledge of mobile testing with tools such as Appium, Expresso, XCUITest (Plus)
  • OS guidelines (HIG for Mobile Devices), platform-specific UI/UX principles
  • Skills for validating accessibility, compatibility, and usability in a mobile context
  • Solid experience using devices and emulation systems
  • Knowledge of App distribution systems (e.g., Google Console, TestFlight), app performance, and crash analytics systems (Crash analytics systems, Firebase App Distribution)
  • Analysis of user feedback on the mobile app to define future improvements (App Store, Google Play)
  • Knowledge of microservices/API architecture and ability to test mobile apps in this context
  • Familiarity with Applitools, SauceLabs, BrowserStack (Plus) platforms
  • RTM/JIRA/GitLab/Agile/Figma
