is looking for an experienced
Head Waiter
to join our team in Comporta.
We are seeking a professional with previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a restaurant with a refined, high-quality or premium service concept, who is passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience as a Head Waiter, Restaurant Supervisor or similar position;
Background in fine dining, premium casual or upscale restaurants;
A strong level of English (spoken and written), essential for our international clientele;
Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills;
A natural ability to create a welcoming, attentive and professional service environment.
Your role will include:
Coordinating the dining room and ensuring smooth service operations;
Supporting and guiding the service team on the floor;
Ensuring service standards and guest experience reflect the JNcQUOI brand;
Acting as a key point of contact between guests, kitchen and management.
