Purpose & Overall Relevance For The Organization
Execute integrated purchasing, global supply planning and PO management activities. Ensure performance achieves availability target OTIF (On Time In Full) and OTA (On Time Allocation) and respects market SLAs.
Work across functions to solve planning and purchasing related issues, identify risks and opportunities and mitigate potential delays.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to deliver actionable insights.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality reports that support operational and strategic decisions.
- Utilize SQL for data extraction and transformation; VBA knowledge is a plus for automation tasks.
- Proactively identify gaps and propose solutions to enhance supply chain availability and performance.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Ownership
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication skills to present insights clearly

Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
- 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, reporting, or supply chain analytics
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and SQL; VBA knowledge is advantageous
