Tester Analyst

This is your mission

Are you passionate about software quality and testing? Then this position is for you.

As Tester Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring testing activities within the project team or squad where you will be allocated, contributing to quality and reliability across our ecosystem.

Build side:

• Implement, maintain, and communicate best software testing practices and methodologies

• Contribute to test planning and test strategy definition

• Analyze requirements and design manual and automated test cases

• Prepare test scenarios aligned with business and technical needs

• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders

Run side:

• Execute manual and automated test cases

• Perform functional and regression testing

• Identify, report, and track bugs and defects

• Validate fixes and ensure proper test completion

• Ensure continuous improvement of testing processes

This is your background

You have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in similar testing roles within demanding and structured environments. You enjoy ensuring software quality, working in Agile teams, and improving testing practices, and you are constantly looking to evolve. You are seeking an environment where your ideas matter and where technology goes hand in hand with collaboration.

This is your career path.

You have at least 2 to 3 years of experience as a Tester Analyst or similar role. You enjoy manual and automated testing, working with Agile/Scrum methodologies, and continuously innovating in testing approaches. You are motivated by meaningful projects and teamwork.

Technologies and methodologies used in an Agile environment

• Manual and automated testing tools

• Test planning and test strategy definition

• Agile / Scrum methodology

• BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) concepts

Language skills:

• Portuguese: C2

• English: C1
